CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Jessica A. Mayorga Castillo: With more than 20 years of experience in broadcasting, public relations, social impact partnership development, product and campaign marketing, and integrated communications, Jessica has been on both sides of the camera, the microphone, and the news release. With an expertise in both celebrity-engagement (identifying and engaging popular spokespeople and cause ambassadors) and crisis communications, she prides herself in making the connections that will achieve impact and targeted results.
Jessica holds a masters degree in Administration, Planning and Social Policy from Harvard University in addition to an MBA in Marketing, an M.S. in Education. Jessica earned her B.A. in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Maryland, College Park.
Jessica has native fluency in Spanish and English with moderate fluency in Portuguese and German.

Gerald McLeod is a dynamic communications leader driven by a mission to harness the power of storytelling and strategy to spark connection, inspire action, and shift culture. Originally from the small town of Prentiss, Mississippi, and now based in the Washington, D.C., area, Gerald brings a deep-rooted commitment to equity, inclusion, and impact in every campaign he touches.
He holds a degree in Public Policy Leadership from the University of Mississippi, where his passion for using communications as a bridge between communities and causes first took shape. From Twitter threads to front-page headlines in the Des Moines Register, Gerald has built a career on creating messaging that resonates widely and deeply; across geographies, identities, and ideologies.
Gerald’s work is marked by creative precision, cultural fluency, and a relentless belief in the power of communication to drive real change.

JASON WONG
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Jason Wong is Turnkey’s Creative Director, and has a passion for art. He studied Graphic Design at the School of Visual Arts in NYC, honing his skills as a designer and photographer.
With over 20 years of experience, Jason is an award-winning designer and photographer. He started at ESPRIT International, working on various projects like billboards, lookbooks, hang tags, and brand identity. He also worked at Harper Collins, MTV, CondéNast, and Forbes.
After returning to D.C., Jason created design collateral and marketing content for the University of Maryland. He then joined The Washington Post’s digital marketing team as a custom content designer, driving revenue growth for major clients. He also worked in the House of Representatives and non-profits in D.C.
Jason lives right outside of D.C. with his 5-year-old miniature schnauzer, Link.
